At Official Charms, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your charms and accessories in their original jewelry boxes and place them inside a padded shipping envelope.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
